Zalim hot chicken burger is basically owned by three different people Jay, Omar, and Suresh Coming from south Asian countries.
Why Zalim Chicken & Burger is so expensive?
Their main idea behind opening Zalim restaurants was to provide a quality food.
Zalim restaurant makes and fry the fresh chicken when you place an order for which it takes roughly about 10 minutes for your single sandwich to come out and 5 for smash burger.
It’s not like other fast food restaurants where the chicken is already fried and kept under the hot counter.
They make hand cut French fries which gives good taste. Zalim restaurant don’t use any frozen fries.
Also, Zalim burger use a fresh buns made from Balthazar bakery in Englewood.
Last But not least is they use high quality superior premium frying oil. This oil doesn’t give any taste like canola or soybean oil Which makes the fried chicken taste so good.
Zalim Sauces
Zalim use specials secret ingredients to make their sauces, chipotle aioli, smash sauce and Zalim sauce are popular sauces at Zalim Hot Chicken & Burgers which are basically made with mayonnaise and few other sauces like ketchup and mustard sauce and chipotle peppers.
